Every session is customised to focus on the areas you want to improve, and with 1:1 mentoring, you’ll have my full attention and energy. It’s all about YOU and your growth.

1-day mentoring
(This is for students with prior ombre brows or powder brows experience. If you're experienced in a different technique and want to learn ombre brows, skip to option 4.)
Includes training manual
This option is ideal for those who are already highly experienced and confident working with clients, but want to improve and perfect certain elements of their technique.
7:30 am-9 am - Kickstart your mentoring day with 1.5 hours dedicated to working on anything you’d like, whether it’s skill refinement, theory, practicing your blending on latex, learning how Alycia sets up for her treatments, exploring mapping techniques, or diving deeper into pigments. This time is yours.
9 am-1 pm Time to work on your model with Alycia's expert guidance. Together, you'll conduct client consultations, navigate the mapping process, and execute the treatment itself. Throughout, observe Alycias best tips and tricks and how she captures content, which you'll later edit collaboratively.
1 pm-2 pm Take a well-deserved hour to have lunch and recharge.

​2 pm-3:30 pm Use the end of your 1:1 training to edit the content you and Alycia took from your model earlier. Learn her favourite apps that she uses and all her social media tips! This time also serves as an opportunity to seek clarification, ask questions, and reflect on the day's learnings.

This option is perfect if you need more hands-on practice with models, as it includes two models, and if you're short on time and want to cover everything in one day.

This time is yours.

2-day mentoring
(This is for students with prior ombre brows or powder brows experience. If you're experienced in a different technique and want to learn ombre brows, skip to option 4.)
Includes training manual
This option is perfect for beginners, those who have completed an ombre brow course but haven't progressed, or even experienced artists who want to get the most out of my training. It includes 3 models and is highly hands-on. The two-day format allows us to cover everything you need to learn and helps you become a more skilled artist.
Day 1

7:45 am-11:45 am Time to work on your second model with Alycia using all the knowledge you have learnt so far.


11:45 am-12:45 pm Take a well-deserved hour to have lunch and recharge.
12:45 pm-4:45 pm Last model of the training! Use all the knowledge gathered from your last two models.

4:45 pm - 5:30 pm Use the end of your 1:1 training to edit the content taken from the day together. This time also serves as an opportunity to seek clarification, ask questions, and reflect on the day two days of learning.

Option 4
2-day mentoring
Includes training manual
This course is ideal for individuals who have already learned the basics of combination, microblading, or nano brows and are looking to elevate their skills by mastering ombre brows. Since you're already familiar with skin theory and the fundamentals, we won't focus too much on those topics. However, we'll still dive into the essential theory specific to ombre brows, ensuring you have a solid understanding of the technique. You’ll get hands-on experience working with latex, as this is a new technique. The course also includes practice on 3 live models.

Day 1
7:30 am-9: am Kickstart your mentoring day with 1.5 hours of ombre brow theory, this is crucial to know due to it being a new technique.
9 am-10 am This is your time to practice this new technique on latex so that you can practice different movements to creating perfect ombre brows, we will cover outlining and shading.
10am - 11am here is where we learn mapping techniques and how i do my predraws, one of the most important steos to ombre brows.ake a well-deserved hour to have lunch and recharge.
11am - 12pm Take a well-deserved hour to have lunch and recharge.
12 pm-4 pm Time to work on your model with Alycia's expert guidance. Together, you'll conduct client consultations, navigate the mapping process, and execute the treatment itself. Throughout, observe Alycias best tips and tricks and how she captures content, which you'll later edit collaboratively

Which training would suit me best?If you're confident in your skills and knowledge but want to up-skill or learn how Alycia creates her signature ombre brows, then one of the one-day options is recommended. For those looking for a total refresh into the world of PMU and seeking a more intensive, hands-on training experience, the 2-day option would be the perfect fit. If you're already offering microblading, nanobrows, or combo brows and want to expand your services by adding a new technique, Option 4 is designed specifically for you to enhance your expertise with ombre brow artistry.

Will I receive a certificate?YES! After your training has finished you will receive a certificate of completion.

Do I need to have experience?The training currently offered by Alycia is designed for experienced artists only. You must already hold a certificate and have completed a course elsewhere to be eligible. Beginner courses will be available soon, so stay tuned for more information if you're just starting your PMU journey!

Is my deposit refundable?The deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 5 days before it commences. Any changes made after the 5-day window will result in a deduction of the deposit.

What will I learn in 1:1 mentoring?In this training, you will learn all of Alycia's techniques for creating flawless brows. You'll discover how she takes her content, her essential tips and tricks, and gain insight into Alycia's unique mapping methods that ensure perfect brow symmetry. You will also learn how to conduct a perfect consultation, gain a deeper understanding of the theory behind ombre brows, and explore pigment and skin theory. Alycia will walk you through every step of her process, showing you exactly how she performs each treatment. Throughout the training, Alycia will be available to answer any questions you have, ensuring you leave with the knowledge and skills to achieve the same results in your own practice.
